If you’re not pleased with your purchase or encounter an insurmountable issue rendering our service unusable, we’re ready to step in and offer a refund.
**Requesting a Refund:**
To initiate a refund, please email us with your transaction order ID and the subject line: “Refund Request.” Describe the issues you’ve encountered. We may ask for evidence to understand your situation better, and we’ll also provide our insights and explanations to maintain transparency.
**Conditions for Refund:**
1. **Technical Troubleshooting:** We ask that you allow us the opportunity to resolve any technical problems. If we can’t fix the issue within 48 hours, a refund will be on its way.
2. **Time Frame:** Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, we’re unable to offer refunds.
3. **Processing Time:** Refunds typically reflect in your bank account within 20 to 31 working days, although it can take up to 90 days. The timing is dependent on the payment processor, not on Canada IPTV.
4. **Partial Refunds:** If a refund is requested after the initial 72 hours but within the service period, we’ll offer a partial refund based on the time used.
**Exceptions (No Refund If):**
– **Setup Issues:** If you’re struggling to set up your own device or system, we’ll offer support, but we can’t provide a refund as the issue lies beyond our service scope.
– **Intermittent Service Issues:** Occasionally, channels may freeze or stop working. While our team works hard to maintain stability, factors like internet fluctuations, device issues, or server problems can cause interruptions, which don’t warrant a refund.
– **Change of Heart:** If you decide to cancel or switch services for personal reasons, we can’t offer a refund.
**Added Assurance:**
If you can’t access your IPTV plan for over 48 hours due to a problem on our end, we’ll not only refund you but also extend your subscription for the lost time, plus a little extra for the inconvenience.
